A Day at Dinosaur Park

The Dinosaur State Park in Rocky Hill, Connecticut is one of the largest dinosaur track sites in North America. Beneath their geodesic dome is an outstanding  display of early Jurassic fossil tracks that were made 200 million years ago.

Surrounding the dome is more than two miles of nature hiking trails and the Dinosaur State Park Arboretum. It contains more than 250 species and cultivars of conifers, as well as katsuras, ginkgoes, magnolias and other living representatives of plant families which appeared in the Age of Dinosaurs.

The Museum presents a bird’s-eye view of the preserved Mesozoic floodplain covered with tracks, dioramas of Triassic and Jurassic environments, collections of fossils, and interactive exhibits.

Rolling Greens Golf Club is a public course located in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.  They have nine holes.  Short at less than 5,700 yards it's still a bear carrying a slope rating of 130.  Straight shots and precisely placed are imperative on this layout.
