Christmas at the Governors Residence
During the Christmas season in 2009 then Connecticut State Governor Jodi Rell held an open house at the Governors Mansion. It was to allow the public to view the estate's Christmas decor. I was fortunate enough to be able to attend. Surprisingly, at least to me, the Governor was there to meet with the attendees and mingle with the guests.
