AOPA Airportfest - 2011
AOPA stands for Aircraft Owners & Pilots Association. Once again they held their annual convention in Hartford, Connecticut. In conjunction with the convention many aircraft manufacturers put many of their aircraft on display at Brainard Airport. With just a couple of exceptions virtually all of the aircraft were of current vintage. The Airportfest was open to the general public so I took advantage of it to go and get a few shots. Some of these are displayed below followed by an Internet link to view neary all of the planes that were on display.
