I only got to spend one evening in Panama City and from what our tour guide told you probably don't want to spend anymore time there, especially if you are alone.  In many of the parts of Panama City we did see the tour guide warned "don't come here at night and alone".  Nevertheless I did enjoy my brief stay there.  A few of the shots I took follow.
