The Panama Canal – Set 1
Truly superb was a cruise through the Panama canal. Our ship (the Regal Princess) started approaching thye first of the locks we would pass through just before daybreak. Needless to say the majority of the ships 3,500 passengers were up very early to gain a good vantage point to see the locks and associated activities that guided up through Gatun Locks, the first of several we would pass through that day.
