The Yankee Candle Company in South Deerfield, Massachusetts is a great place to go and spend an afternoon. On their village property is a huge candle, Christmas, and gift shop. There is also a candle making museum, plus an outstanding restaurant. On occasion they will also have a show in their auditorium/gymnasium. Such was the case on one of our visits there when the Von Trapp Family singers put on an excellent concert.
