Golf Scorecard History 101, Japan

My apologies. Not a good start. Due to my lack of knowledge I can't always read some foreign languages. Such is the case with the above golf scorecard. I can read the last two words on the upper side i.e. "Country Club". The first word however I am not positive about. I need help with that one. I've tried some guesses, however, can't fine any matching names on the Internet.
