Waimea Canyon

Waimea Canyon

Waimea Canyon is located on the Island of Kauai in the State of Hawaii.  It is one of the most scenic placed you can visit on any visit to the Hawaiian Islands.  Waimea Canyon is 14 miles long ans 3,600 feet deep.  Many people call it the Grand Canyon of the Pacific.  Below are a few photos of the canyon followed by an Internet link to view more.

Tunxis Plantation Country Club 

Tunxis Plantation Country Club is a forty-five hole public golf courses located in Farmington, Connecticut.  There is an eighteen hole White Course, an eighteen hole Green Course ans a nine hole Red Course.  This issue of the blog is devoted to their Green Course.   A few photos of the Green Course are presented below which will hopefully wet your appetite to click on the Internet link provided below to take the full eighteen hole tour.
