A few years ago during a lengthy stay in Sedona, Arizona we decided to make a day trip up to the Grand Canyon.  The scenes were spectacular.  In retrospect, however, I now wish we had allocated more time up there as there is too much to see and do in just one day.

In addition to seeing the canyon a round of golf at a nearby course would have been like frosting on a cake. If you go there and want to include golf in your agenda try this website:

Grand Canyon

Many years ago I made a day trip from Sedona, Arizona up to the Grand Canyon.  The Canyon was, well what can you say, just Grand.  In retrospect I wish I had spent more time there to see more of its grandeur, to take a trip to the bottom, and perhaps even raft down the Colorado River.  Here are a few images plus an Internet link to see even more of our abbreviated visit to the Grand Canyon.
