TPC Las Colinas to TPC Myrtle Beach
This issue is my the third set of golf scorecards from TPC
(Tournament Players Club) golf courses. My TPC collection numbers well
over 200 including many from courses that no longer exist due to closure
and/or name changes.
^^^^^ TPC Las Colinas ^^^^^
This course is now known as the TPC Four Seasons Las Colinas. Originally designed in 1982 by Jay Morrish,
with player consultants Byron Nelson and Ben Crenshaw, the course was
redesigned in 2008 by former PGA TOUR and current Champions Tour player
D.A. Weibring and his partner architect Steve Wolfard. PGA TOUR player
consultants were Harrison Frazar and J.J. Henry.

When this course first opened is was named TPC The Canyons. I had the pleasure of playing it several years ago on one of my trips to Vegas.

Master architect Pete Dye designed the course, working in conjunction with TOUR players Steve Elkington and Kelly Gibson. It is located in Avondale, about fifteen miles from New Orleans

^^^^^ TPC Michigan^^^^^
Founded in 1990 and located in Dearborn, Michigan, TPC Michigan features an 18-hole championship golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The course is now managed by ClubCorp with a license to use the TPC name and logo.
^^^^^ TPC Myrtle Beach ^^^^^
This course is no longer owned by the PGA Tour. It's owned by another golf management company and is licensed to continue to use the TPC name and logo. It's a course I've been able to on a few of my tripe to Myrtle Beach. ]
